Initial Claim win
Client reached out to me in the summer of 2024. She did not initially agree to representation. Months later she contacted me as she had yet to receive a disability determination. After reviewing her records, I was able to determine what issues were causing the delay. Claim was approved within 2 months of the client hiring me to represent her.

Initial Claim win
Client reached out to us to help get his claim processed faster. After hiring me, I was able to identify that the evidence in his file was already sufficient enough to establish disability. Less than a month after submitting a letter to the agency demanding an expedited decision, client was approved for benefits.

Reconsideration claim win
Client was denied his initial disability claim. He nor I could understand why his claim could have been denied. After reviewing the evidence in his file, it was clear that the incorrect decision was made. The agency was slow to respond to my demand letter for an approval for benefits. However, the claim was eventually approved without having to file an unnecessary appeal.

administrative law judge win
After two unsuccessful claim filings, client contacted me for assistance with her upcoming hearing. I assured the client that the evidence in her claim was strong and that there appeared to be an error in the processing of her claim at the initial and reconsideration levels. The error was so apparent that the hearing lasted less than 10 minutes.

administrative law judge win
After fighting with the agency alone, client decided to hire me to help her. Client did not understand why her claim was being denied. After reviewing her records, I had the same questions. In preparation for the client's hearing, I requested an "On the Record" request to have the claim approved without the need of holding an actual hearing. The claim was approved 60 days before we were scheduled to attend the hearing.

administrative law judge win
Client hired me after an unsuccessful initial claim filing. Upon review of the evidence, I was convinced that he should have been awarded benefits. Due to the disability examiner and medical consultant's poor understanding of the facts of the case, his claim was denied at the reconsideration level. I took the same set of facts and presented them before an administrative law judge and got the claim approved.

INITIAL CLAIM WIN
Client filed multiple applications for disability and all were denied. He saw my ad on television and decided to call. It took only one filing and approximately 2 months of case processing time to get this client approved for benefits.

administrative law judge win
Client hired me after receiving an initial claim denied. Upon initial review of her evidence, I was convinced that her conditions were severe enough to be disabling. Poor analysis by the disability examiner and medical consultant at the reconsideration level resulted in a denial of the claim. I filed a request for a hearing. The claim was approved without having to hold a hearing as the evidence overwhelmingly supported a finding of disability. Case closed.

administrative law judge win
This claim is indicative of a system that is prejudiced against individuals who find themselves suffering from severe illness and are under the age of 50. SSA's rules are not written in a way to support finding disability for these individuals. You must hire a representative who has experience analyzing records and applying the agency's laws and policies to achieve a favorable outcome. It took 8 filings and 4 years (2 without representation and 2 with representation) to get this client the benefits she deserves.

INITIAL CLAIM WIN
All wins do not have a happy ending. This is one of those wins. Client hired me to help her get back her disability benefits after her Continuing Disability Review (CDR) claim was denied erroneously. Given her condition, the claim should have never been denied, but due to poor work by the agency, it managed to be denied without proper oversight review. Client hired me to help obtain her benefits, but died 4 months later before her refiled application was ever assigned. I fought the agency for over a year and managed to secure her final benefits that were awarded to her children.
